Radish & Kale Tart
Roasted Radish, Asparagus & Kale Pesto 1 Bunch Asparagus 1 Garlic Clove Kale leaves, destemmed Juice of 1/2 lemon 30 Radishes 1 Egg 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup 1 Pinch salt & pepper 1 T Olive Oil 1/4 C Olive Oil 3 T Parmesan 1 (13 oz) store-bought puff pastry sheet, thawed ______ Blend Kale, Parmesan, Garlic & 1/4 C Oil. Lay puff pastry in 9 x 13 pan, spread Kale pesto. Layer Asparagus and Radishes, Drizzle with Oil, Sprinkle Salt & Pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 Mins. Serves 4
